Dearest Katie,
You were my Uncle Norman’s shining star. My Fathers Brother.
I first met you when still some 4 or 5 years old, prior to him marrying your adorable Mother who quickly become ill with MS.
Whilst our meetings over some 60+ years have been few and indeed infrequent, the words of your Step-Dad always ring true – There may be a distance and many miles between us on a daily basis, but as a family we always stand together and when we meet of course it’s always been a continuation of our last meeting.
When we last met late in September 2020, I did re-express my love for you as a cousin together with that of Anne.
Saddened I did not appreciate your recent strife as I would have made the journey as you did to my mother.
Rest in Peace My Lovely, join Norman and your Mum, My Dad, and Aunty Joan, together with Nanny Gladys who adored you always.
May the Great Architect of the Universe for ever shine down on you with his blessings.
Knowing your huge beliefs, I add a photo of my dear Friend The Archbishop of the Old Catholic Church in Bulgaria Svetoslav, for which I am his Envoy and can stand in his stead> He has prayed for your safe passage to the Glory above.
Your adopted Cousin and Dear Friend Ian.
Ian
