Beloved wife and best friend of Ceri, adored and loving mother of Megan and Logan, precious daughter of Glenys and the late Dylan, much loved sister of Nerys. Rhianon will be greatly missed by all her loving family and friends. The funeral will be held on Saturday 22nd April. Service and cremation at Swansea Crematorium at 11am. Family flowers only please.
