JeanADDISONof Baxenden passed away peacefully at home on Monday, May 19, with loving and devoted husband Brian
of 65 years by her side. Jean was 85 years old.
She leaves her two sisters-in-law Mavis and Joyce, along with many nieces and nephews and their extended families.
Jean also leaves her beloved pet collie dog Moth.
Jean loved swimming and water skiing. She also enjoyed playing pool at home and for teams in Hyndburn.
Jean worked at John Bury Mill, Platt Saco Lowell and Calegen Foam during her working life,
taking early retirement to work from home assisting Brian in his own heating and electrical Business.
Jean met many friends wherever she went and was an extremely popular friend to all.
Jean’s funeral will take place on Monday, June 9, at 1.40pm at Accrington Crematorium, Burnley Road, Accrington.
