Your presence meant a lot to Keith's family. Thank you to the community nurses who cared for Keith, especially Natalie. Also, Lisa the palliative care nurse from Macmillan Cancer Support. The family wish to give special thanks to Fiona Glover for the lovely words at the funeral service. Also, a big thank you to Louise and all the team at Kettle for their wonderful care and respectful funeral arrangements for Keith, our dearly loved superstar.
