Great memories of a great friend since we met at college in 1974. Thoughtful, kind and principled. We had a lot of fun, many moans about the NHS, but a lot of curries and beers as well! Fond memories of his wonderful sense of humour. Deep sadness is amongst us all. With love from Chris & Lisa Hale x x

We are all so sorry to hear such sad news about Ted, he was such a good friend to Dad and a fond friend in our childhood.
Many memories of Dad and Ted meeting for a beer at the pub to talk about the NHS and dreaded CPD.
Sending our deepest sympathies to your family, Laura, Matthew, Lucy and Sophie McMahon
