Pauline passed away peacefully in hospital on May 16th aged 67 years surrounded by her loving family.
A beloved wife of Tom, loving mam of Rhys, Keith and Sara. Also a devoted grandma, a dearest sister and auntie and a very good friend to all.
Would family and friends please meet for funeral service at Sunderland Crematorium on Monday June 9th at 12.30.
Family flowers only please donations in lieu to Cancer Research.
All are welcome to the Wavendon Pub after the service to celebrate her life.
