Devoted wife of Steve, loving mother of David, Anna, and Nolan, and mother-in-law to Sarah, Mark, and Sarah.
Cherished grandma to Jessica, Isabelle, Niamh, Freya, Isla, Morgan, and Tom.
Jackie will be greatly missed and always remembered by her family and friends.
Funeral service to be held at Llanelli Crematorium on Friday 2nd October at 2:00 pm.
