Please accept my sincere condolences to you and the family, we never met, but I used to work with Simon when we were employed by Mowlem and Carillion as part of the technical auditing team under Pat Rayner.
Kind regards Dave Brew

As a cousin of Simon, my best memory is playing cricket with him when we were kids and he had great enthusiasm.

So sad that he had to leave this life so soon!
