DonatoCARINCIIt is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Donato Carinci, who passed away peacefully at the Lindsey Lodge Hospice after a short battle with cancer.
A devoted husband to Andonietta, loving father to Pietro, Giovanna and Sabrina, and cherished Nonno to his five grandchildren Alessandro, Erin, Gabriella, Vincenzo and Gianluca. Donato was at the heart of his family and his community.
For 47 years he brought joy to countless people as the friendly face of Mister Angelo's ice-cream, serving generations across Waltham, Holton le Clay, the Willows, Laceby, Keelby, Caistor, Wybers, Nunsthorpe and Great Coates. His dedication to his work and the warmth he shared with his customers made him a beloved figure in the area.
Donato will be deeply missed by all who knew him. Details of his funeral will be announced in due course.
The Carinci family would like to extend their sincere gratitude for the care that he and the family received from the staff at Lindsay Lodge Hospice during his final days.
