I have known Danny since 1971 when we started our careers together for Pearl Assurance, My wife Angela was already a friend of Liz whom she first met in 1967 at Cauldon college in Shelton. We have kept in touch since and have met many times on our regular Sunday walks at Trentham. He was good friend who will be forever missed by both of us. We pass our condolences to all of his family and friends at this sad time. Keith and Angela Haddrell.

From the Tuesday morning Trentham gang. Bill, Jeff, Bruce, Brian, Calvin, Mick and Dave.

Danny was a true friend to us all. We will all miss this good friend. A friend who cared and a friend who would help anyone.

May you find happiness wherever you are now.

Chris and I have known Danny for well over 40 years both at work and Draycott. He was always a joy to be with, with a warm and caring personality so it’s sad that he has left us so soon!
He’ll be missed forever in our little walking group to tell us which way to turn as we cross the bridge at Trentham!
