After a life well lived, passed away suddenly but peacefully on 22nd February 2025, aged 84 years.

Loving and much loved husband of Val and devoted dad of Andrea and the late Jonathan. Father in law of Pip and Martin. Harry will be sadly missed by all who knew him.

Funeral service to be held at Whitley Bay Crematorium on Tuesday 18th March at 12:00pm.

Family flowers only please, donations in lieu, if desired, to MIND.

We first met Harry 55 years ago when we bought our first house next door to Harry & Val.
From then on every Friday night with Mike & Nigel we either played dominoes, darts, snooker, pool & occasionally 5 aside football.
Harry and I had season tickets at SJP for a number of years and I know Harry would have been overjoyed at the recent cup win.
I’m pleased to say I visited Harry recently and we spent time reminiscing about Friday nights and NUFC.
Thanks for all the great memories, you will be sadly missed.

Harry and I have not seen each other in over 40 years, but I still have fond memories of a good friend who always had a story to tell. I am sure he will be sorely missed by family and friends.
