I attach a nice photo of Clive when he and I went for a weeks holiday in the South of France. We flew to Orly Airport in Paris, then took an overnight steam train to Saint Tropez. Climbed the fence into a camping site (we were both broke and could only afford a coffee and pastry for breakfast, having spent all our money on air fare and the train). Had a great time, and yes met a few girls, swam in the Med and got invited to eat by other young tourists. I don't think Clive wanted to get back to the UK, but we had the cheapest train and air tickets. Clive rest in peace my friend and say hi to Trev for me.

The kindest, toughest gentleman I have ever met. Never complained when I bossed him around and when I ran into him and showed him videos of the air ambulance! We miss you dearly. I adore hearing all the memories from gill and Simon. Love always, Simon, Dani, Albie and Chester xxxx

I have so many lovely memories of Clive. I used to love visiting his jazz and blues cafe with Lucy and popping round to his house to party the night away with their family. Clive was a half glass full man, always looking on the bright side and living life as his greatest adventure. Since I moved out I regularly messaged clive and sent photographs of the kids, he told me that he missed our little chats out the front and he missed us very much, I am so proud to have met Clive and I will cherish these memories forever ❤️
