EricFAVAGERBorn 8th November 1928 in Rock Ferry Birkenhead.
Sadly passed away in Southport Formby General Hospital on Saturday 17th May 2025.
Leaving behind 2 sons Michael and Barry. Eric spent most of his working life in uniform starting with the Fire Brigade then becoming a Ambulance Driver and finishing off before retirement a Prison Officer. Eric was very much into his snooker doing a lot in the Liverpool area. He also played a lot of snooker winning many tournaments and many cups and plaque. Eric was a A class referee and refereed many a professional games in and around the Liverpool area the likes of John Parrot and Steve Davis. Unfortunately ill health put paid to his playing and refereeing career but still liked to watch when he could. Eric will be sadly missed by all that knew him.
Funeral will be held at Southport Crematorium on Wednesday 11th June at 1pm.
