Francis GeorgeFEATHERSTONEPassed away peacefully on 27th September 2026, aged 90 years.

Beloved husband of the late Janet. Loving dad of Joy, Alan, Kay, and Heidi. A cherished father-in-law, proud grandad, and great-grandad. George will be greatly missed by all who loved and knew him.

Funeral Monday 2nd November, service 11:30am at St Mary's Church, Rolleston. A private family committal will then follow.

Derby County colours and shirts are welcome as this was George's wish.

Donations in memory of George will support 'Royal British Legion' (Rolleston Branch) and 'Cancer Research UK', these can be placed in the collection box at the service.

George what a pleasure it was to meet you and look after you at mount Plesent you all ways made me smile when I used to ask you if you were OK then with that cheeky grin you replied down one side going to miss you so much RIP xx
