Passed away peacefully on 18th September 2026, aged 70 years.

A dear Husband to Carole.
Beloved Dad to Allan and Dave.
Much loved Grandad to Poppy, Betty and Annie.

Robert's Celebration of Life will be held
Friday 16th October 2026, at 1:30 pm
Markeaton Crematorium, Main Chapel.

At Robert's request, please no flowers.
Donations in Robert's memory will be forwarded to the Florence Nightingale,
Derby and Burton Hospitals, Ward 2.

After the service, Robert's family would like to warmly welcome all to The Gate Inn, Loscoe
to raise a glass and to share your memories of a much loved gentleman.

We were twins-in-law, sharing the same birthday! We always seemed to bounce off each other, and over the years we shared so many lovely times, full of laughter, nights out, outings and getaways.
I will always treasure those memories and the special bond we had. You will be sadly missed and I will always remember the good times we shared.
Rest peacefully, Rob. Forever remembered by your twin-in-law.❤️

Tomorrow we say farewell to our lovely friend Rob who we have grown to know & love over the last five years. Rob you were a true gentleman, a funny, witty, clever tour guide & trip planner. We have shared some fantastic holidays with you & Carole, fun trips with lots of laughter & tiring, smelly dog walks. You’ve left us with many wonderful memories. We will miss you so much, thank you for making our lives brighter, we are so lucky to have met & got to know you xx RIP Mr Foss
