JeremiahGALVINApril 7th 2025, aged 81 years. Passed peacefully surrounded by his loving family. Beloved Husband to Carole, Dad to James, Michael, Vicki, Paul and Kate. Grandad to Jack, Patrick, Isabelle, Emily and Alex. Close to our hearts, you will always stay loved and remembered.

Service at Landican Crematorium Centre Chapel on Friday 9th May 2025 at 12pm.

Family flowers only please, donations to Alzheimer's Society welcomed.
