Richard touched the lives of everyone fortunate enough to know him.

In the early days of our business, when the path ahead was far from clear, he was the person we turned to. He guided us with a steady hand and always delivered on what was needed. His approach was practical and his advice was clear. He understood that good intentions only matter when they turn into action.

What I will remember most is the energy he brought with him every day. His positivity and charisma lifted a room and made difficult challenges feel manageable. That is a rare quality, and it is one that shaped how we built our business.

Richard is no longer with us, but his legacy lives on in the foundations he helped us lay and in the people he influenced. He will be deeply missed and forever in our hearts.

I was so sorry to read this, having not seen Richard for some time. I knew him professionally for many years, and socially for some. A thoroughly nice bloke. I shall miss him.

Sorry to hear this very sad news. Thoughts are with Carole and family. Remembering good times and many trips with the Beano’s over the years. Sorry I won’t be able to attend the funeral as I will be overseas. Thoughts will be with you all.
