RonaldHUNTERPassed away peacefully, after a short illness on the 28th April 2025 aged 76 years.

Loving husband to Lesley, devoted dad to Jonathan, Louise and in-laws Emma and Owen. Proud grandad to Alfie, Ollie, Freddie, Toby and Ivy.

Funeral service to be held on Friday 6th June at Chanterlands Crematorium (Large Chapel) at 11.30am.

Family flowers only please, donations if desired to Macmillan Cancer Support and Pancreatic Cancer UK.

Very sad news indeed. Played alongside Ron for Humberside FC back in the day. Talking tactics and making excuses in The Hastings always the highlight of the week(still amazed at how quickly he could down a pint of mild) My sincerest condolences to all the family. Rest in peace Ron. You will be missed mate.

My football friend and mentor, what a wonderful person a true pleasure to have been your fellow player and then you been my coach and mentor, always wise with advice and knowledgeable I enjoy my time with you and appreciate all you have done for me , I left for USA but took all my memories with me and I will never forget what you taught me which helped me become a full time Coach and mentor to many just like yourself, you will surely be missed I send all my love and want you to Rest in Peace.
