Jean ElizabethMAWERJean, aged 89 years, sadly passed away peacefully at her home on 9th February 2025, with loving husband and family by her side.

Beloved wife of Albert, loving mum, mother in law, grandma, great grandma, sister, sister in law, aunt and a good friend to many. Jean will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

A Service to celebrate her life will take place at Grimsby Crematorium on Tuesday 18th March 2025 at 12.45pm.

Jean's favourite colour was lilac/purple and she always enjoyed a "bit of sparkle" so any item worn accordingly would be most welcome.

Jean is resting at Mashfords Funeral Home, Norfolk Lane, Cleethorpes DN35 8BB, where only immediate family flowers will be received.

Donations in lieu, if so desired, may be made payable to Cleethorpes R.N.L.I. and sent to the funeral directors.

Auntie Jeanie or Queenie I have fond child hood memories of calling in on my pony or bike to see Deano and my bigger cousins.
We were all very close as a family with all the Mawers, all the Dolans and all the Simmons then all the Dents.
It is how one lives not how one passes.
Granny Grace did a good job with us all.🙏rest in peace Jeanie x
