**In Memory of Our Colleague, Christopher Neal**

we remember our friend and colleague, Christopher Neal. I first met Chris in 2021 and I was pleased to welcome him to our team when he joined us in 2022.

Chris was a true professional, respected for his dedication, integrity, and kindness. He was always approachable, supportive, and a pleasure to work with.

Although his time with us was far too short, the impact he made will remain with us. He will be remembered not only for his professionalism, but also for the respect and friendship he showed to everyone around him.

Our heartfelt condolences go to Chris's family and loved ones. May he rest in peace.
