Dear Jay, it's really difficult not seeing you every time I step into the office. I cannot believe I would be writing your tribute so soon but I am quite sure that you will never be forgotten. You were more than a line manager to work for....You were a friend to work and walk with. You saw, you felt, you cared, you encouraged and you supported. Whilst not completely exact, we had a couple of things in common and I will miss the things we talked about and hoped to accomplish together both personally and professionally. More than anything, I will miss the person you were. However brief the time spent together, thank you for being my line manager and for giving me the opportunity to know and work with you. Your passing affected me in no small way and of the many lessons I learnt from this heart wrenching experience, the ones I will treasure the most is to live with eternity in view....to keep seeing everyday of life as a gift and to purposefully and consistently make the most of it with everyone and everything God has allowed in our lives before it becomes regrettably too late in a twinkle of an eye.
Missing you and praying your beloved family, friends, colleagues and everyone affected by your passing all the comfort, peace, Light and Love they can receive in these difficult times and beyond.
