I knew Louise briefly but she immediately made an impression. She was kind, gentle, empathic and vibrant. She lit up the room. She was a special person and I consider myself lucky to have met her.

Louise was my cousin, I have so many happy memories of the eight years that we lived only an hour's drive away in Bexhill. So many family gatherings on the beach or in the garden at Wellfield. We both loved to make things so we knitted and sewed doll clothes, and later made clothes on Auntie Margaret's ancient sewing machine. I loved coming to stay and be allowed to join in with whatever Louise was doing.
As my family moved to Bedford and as we all grew up and had our families, contact was more sporadic, mainly Christmas cards and the occasional family wedding or funeral, but it was always a joy to meet up again and pick up where we left off. I remember a parcel of babygros arriving when our first son was due. All lovely well worn hand me downs which fitted Joel so much better than the new things I'd bought. As always Louise had been practical, kind, caring thoughtful and giving of what she had.
In recent years I finally managed to get her mobile number ( I had written and asked many times) and we were back in touch. It was lovely to be able to message her and to see pictures of Milly's wedding. I will miss her, but treasure so many happy memories.

What can I say about my Sister Louise. She was born 9th December 1958 then came along 4th March 1960. With only 14months between us, we obviously had a fairly close bond. As siblings sometimes do, we fell out quite a few times over the years. A lot of Happy memories of the times we spent in the South of France during the summer holidays in the south of France as a family. She grew into a wonderful sister and had went on to have a lovely family. All I can say she will be missed by all. Rest in peace little pne

I am so sorry to hear of Louise's passing. She was a cousin of mine who lived at the other end of the country (I was based in Lancashire and am now in North Wales) so I haven't seen her for a number of years.
Lou Lou was such a quiet soft spoken youngster when I used to see the family over the summer holidays in the late 50's and 60's (many, many years ago now) and I remember that she was always smiling and happy.
I am not surprised that she achieved so much in her life and touched so many other people's lives. I am sure that she will be very missed by all. Please be sure that I am thinking of her family at this sad time and my love to you all.
