Loving partner of Siona, cherished Dad of Bonnie, Nelle and Beau, beloved son of Jonathan and Helen, step-son of Hayley, Robert and Colin, precious Grandson of Gram Anne, Grampa Bob and the late Grampa Billy and Nana Gloria, amazing brother of Bethan, Paige, Molly, Saffron, Brodie, Blake and Georgia. Jacob will be forever missed by all his loving family and many friends.
Funeral service on Tuesday 22nd April 2025 at Jerusalem Baptist Church, Briton Ferry, Neath at 11.00am followed by cremation at Margam Crematorium at 12.00 noon.
Black attire is not essential; please feel free to wear a splash of red or navy or a Liverpool F.C. shirt in memory of Jacob.
