I knew Rob from ski-ing holidays during the 1980s and 1990s through Geraint Vaughan, Roger Espley and Phil Rees.
I was so sorry to hear of his illness and passing, just when he and Hannah were about to start a new life in North Wales.
My heartfelt condolences go to Hannah and Rob and Hannah's family.
