The obituary notice of Gail Marilyn ROSE

Dearest Auntie Gail, You were blessed with a joyful outlook to life and gave everyone the time of day with your witty laughter and humorous stories which always made us smile. You enjoyed nature and also had a big heart for animals looking after so many at your home in North Wales. You were extremely creative and that shone through in your working career which involved 'Books' and all sorts of artwork. Even the cards you sent at Christmas or Birthdays were quite special and always colourful.

Speaking for my twin brother Pete, we both enjoyed as kids our stays at your beautiful flat in Ducks Walk, Twickenham during the early 70s, those walks by the Thames and playing in your lovely garden even though we got muddy shoes.

We fondly remember our first ever experience going to the cinema when you took us both to see James Bond and ‘The Man with the Golden Gun’. I believe we had ice cream too.

Your warmth and love will always be in our hearts and thank you for being the caring Aunt that you always were with time to listen which normally ended in laughter and smiles. Big hugs : )

Oh and on an individual note...I was always grateful you came to my 21st birthday family gathering while I was an inpatient in Stanmore Hospital. In those days we didn't have smart phones so I only have one photo but I've managed to find it so here it is with love.
