Wonderful Husband to Avril, amazing Dad to Fiona & Sheanagh, loving Grandad to Abigail, Caleb, Lilia, Frasier & James.

After a fabulous, well lived and blessed life, passed peacefully at home after battling with Parkinsons disease & Parkinsons dementia.

Instead of flowers we are asking for donations to Katharine House Hospice please.

We remember David as being someone of courage and kindness. For as long as we have known him, he has always brought happiness to everyone with his witty humour and joyful personality. Never complaining, David always chose to look at the sunny side of life and we have always been in awe at his complete devotion to his family and friends. We will always remember you. We remember Dave very fondly in Focus days in he was very much involved. I specifically remember the story told of how his fish badge had such an impact on a colleague of his at work who collected badges.

Dave always had a welcoming smile and a great sense of humour. He and the rest of the family have always made us so welcome.

Dave will be greatly missed but we rejoice with the rest of the family knowing he is with his Lord.
