Julie MargaretWATKINSBeloved wife to Ken for over 70 years, much loved big sister to Chris for over 80 years, wonderful Mum to Keith and Neil, super Nanny to Russel, Kiley, Eloise and Lydia, Great Nanny to Zac and Josh and loved mother-in-law to Christine and Dinah.
Mum was a definition of a, “life well lived”. All of you here today will know what a kind, loving person Mum was. You will all have a myriad of wonderful memories to remember her by, hold on to these memories in your hearts and minds and she will always be with us.
Ninety-one years of amazing worldwide adventures, for a humble born Sheffield lass, touching people with kindness and love as she travelled through those years.
Mum will be sadly missed but, more importantly, affectionately remembered by all of us.

Julie's funeral service will take place at Markeaton Crematorium, Main Chapel on Monday 23rd June 2025 at 12:30pm.

Donations made in lieu if desired to Umbrella & Dementia UK.

Julie was a wonderful mother in law to me. She was always there to offer practical and emotional support. She was a very caring lady and always calm in a crisis. She was a fantastic grandmother to Eloise and Lydia and will be sadly missed.
