Malcom was very much the big lad, he and his Laverda roared around the area and for lads like me, we looked up to him. He led from the front, and nothing slowed him down. I have never forgotten that hand and hair flick he had, and from his photo here, it seems like only yesterday. Luv and best wishes to the family. To look into his eyes was to know the man.

My many memories of life in Bonar in the mid to late 70s would not be complete without Malcolm in them. He was great fun to be with, always interesting and interested in others, patient in explaining things and just great craic.

Sincere condolences to all the family.
Malcolm was such a kind and gentle soul, with a great sense of humour. So many memories of fun times around Bonar/Ardgay in our youth.
RIP Malcom.

Stubborn, courageous, fun, sometimes crazy, mostly a gentle and kind soul. Will be missed. Ramsay
