I’m deeply saddened that I won’t be able to attend Alan’s funeral. He was a truly remarkable man, a wonderful father, uncle, friend, and so much more. He touched the lives of so many, including mine, and he will be dearly missed always.

Uncle Alan, who was one of the kindest people you could meet, always took a great interest in others and would go out of his way to help.

Being a talented craftsman, he loved spending hours in his workshop (the garage), and of course with his beloved wife, Jeanne.

He was a kind, quiet, and gentle soul whose presence will be very much missed.

Alan was a generous and kind man who loved his family, loved cricket and life itself. We will miss his welcoming smile and great sense of humour.
