I’ve so many happy memories of times spent with Bob over the years, on the Wirral and at Aberdaron. Many regrets over long absences between infrequent meetings due to the tyranny of distance. Such great sadness and sense of loss on learning of a great and loved man passing. But so much better for having our lives intersect. Deep & meaningful conversations, in a haze of pipe smoke, dry humour, quick wit and deep chuckling laughter will be sorely missed, as will you, dear Bob. To the Wicks family, please accept my sincere condolences and heartfelt sympathies at this sad and difficult time. With kindest regards, Andy Needham.

Such a lovely tribute to Bob and the photos are such a great snapshot of his life. We can really see the boys in him when he was younger. We know you and the boys will be missing him hugely and as you know we are here for you all. - Paul, Sarah, Helz and Patch xxx
