MildredABBOTTPassed away peacefully on Wednesday 31st January, surrounded by loved ones.
Mildred was a loving and devoted wife to her late husband Richard, much loved mum to daughter Wendy and loving mother-in- law to Peter. Mildred was also a cherished Grandma to her three grandchildren Graham (Amy), Liam and Louise.
Mildred was proud to have worked for the LCC as a carer for 30 years. Mildred was a cheerful person with a great sense of humour and never failed to make people smile. She enjoyed reading and watching her favourite films and television shows. but above all she enjoyed spending time with her family.
A service will take place at Accrington Crematorium on Tuesday 13th February at 1pm.
Family flowers only but any donations in memory of Mildred will be gratefully received and can be made to the British Heart Foundation.
Mildred's family would like to thank all paramedics and hospital staff that cared for our lovely mum and grandma. She will be sadly missed and in our hearts forever.
