Freda JoyALBRIGHTONGone too young, aged 75 years. Sadly passed away at home on 17th May, after a short illness, surrounded by her loving family.

Much loved wife to Fred, wonderful mum to Rachel (and Phil) and Juliet (and Justin), loving nan to Sheree, Jemma, Clayton, Dylan, Amelia, Anna and great nanny to Jaylan, Nylah, Violet, Parker and Rosie. Devoted sister to Brenda (and deceased: Ron, Derrick and Jean) Friend to so many. Mum made a difference to so many people's lives. Deeply loved and will be truly missed by all who knew her.

Funeral Service to be held on Wednesday 10th June 2026 at The Park Crematorium, Ceremony Room 1 at 2pm, followed by a celebration of life at The Billacombe, PL9 7HG.

Family flowers only. Donations in memory will benefit Cancer Research UK & Macmillan Cancer Support and can be made via retiring collection or via www.plymouthfuneraldirectors.com under the heading Funeral Notices. Knapman Family Independent Funeral Directors

Freda, such a special person,a dear dear friend with a heart ❤️ of gold ,an infectious laugh and blessed with kindness and love in bucket fulls. Know as Mum number two to my children. She will be sadly missed by Fred,all her loving family,and everyone who knew her. Rest in peace until we meet again one day. You have left us with so many happy memories to treasure XX 🌹 XX.
