Dearly loved Partner of Terry.
Sadly missed by all family and friends.

Funeral service to take place on Tuesday 8th April at the Chanterlands Crematorium 2.00pm (small chapel).

Family flowers only please but donations if desired for chosen charities, collection plate at the service.
