JamesASHURST( Jim ) I.ENG MIET 1925 - 2017 It is with great sadness that the family announce the passing of Jim. He was the beloved husband of the late Dorothy, a very dear brother of the late Joyce, and a treasured uncle. He was a good friend to many and a true gentleman. Jim served in bomber command during World War Two and moved to Loughborough in 1950 where he worked at the Brush company until his retirement. Jim's funeral service will take place at Emmanuel Church on Friday 6th October at 12.15pm, followed by interment at Loughborough Cemetery. Donations in lieu of flowers to St Mary in Charnwood for their table talk activities which Jim participated in and gave him comfort and enjoyment.
