JackASPDENPassed away peacefully on Monday 18th June 2018. Jack aged 86 years, Beloved husband to the late Shirley, Loving dad to Sharon and father in-law to Nick. Much loved grandad to Juliette and Jasmine. Funeral service to take place on Tuesday 3rd July 2018, 1pm at Swinton Cemetery chapel followed by interment. Floral tributes welcome.
