Peacefully at Glan Clwyd Hospital surrounded by her loving family, aged 75 years of The Trees, Park Lane, Holywell. Beloved wife of Ian, much loved mother of Mark, Paul, Debbie and Katherine, dear mother-in-law of Kayleigh, Jenny and Wayne and a cherished grandma, great-grandma and sister who will be sadly missed by all who knew her.
Funeral Service will be held at St. Peter's Church, Rosehill, Holywell on Wednesday, 9th July at 11:30am, followed by Committal at Northop Crematorium.
No flowers please, but if desired, donations in Jan's memory will be gratefully accepted towards Hope House Children's Hospice, Conwy and St. Kentigern Hospice.
