Also to thank you for the overwhelming amount of beautiful sympathy cards, messages and flowers received. Special thanks to, Sue Kenyon, Carolyn Ryder, Marie Kissack, Katey Turner and the team of District Nurses, as well as the Doctors at Edenfield Road Surgery for the loving care, skill and comfort given to Graham, throughout his long illness, and latterly to thank the Routes Carers who worked tirelessly to adapt their care to meet Graham's needs and retain his dignity. I too have valued all your support, advice and friendship and am truly grateful to you all. Many thanks also to Karen Brown at the Co-operative Funeralcare for the help, efficient, patient and gentle support she offered, and the dedication she has shown in ensuring that she was always available for us. Also to the Funeral Celebrant, Catherine Holtom, for the beautiful service she delivered. Finally, thanks to those who attended the service and made a donation to the Springhill Hospice, Rochdale.
