AliceBATEFormerly of Mill End Road, Cherry Hinton passed peacefully to rest at her home in Lincolnshire with all her family by her side on Tuesday 17th January 2023 aged 97 years. Loving wife of the late Stanley, wonderful mother to Gerard, Anne and Keith. Devoted grandma and great grandma. Funeral service to be held at 1pm, St Andrew's Church, Cherry Hinton on Monday 20th February 2023. Family flowers only, donations if desired made payable to East Anglian Children's Hospice (EACH) may be left at the church or forwarded to Richard Stebbings Funeral Ltd, Kendal House, Cambridge Road, Impington, Cambridge CB24 9YS. I worked with Alice in the seventies at Shire Hall Cambridge in the Treasury Department & have fond memories of that time. With my deepest sympathy to her family, Paula Hanks.
