Brian WilliamBATEIt is with great sadness we announce that Brian Bate, from Wybunbury, passed away on 15th February 2025, aged 90.
He will be sadly missed by Joan, his wife of 65 years, his children Helen and Russell and son-in-law, Michael.
Brian was a loving grandpa to Gregory, Elliot and Alyssia and a cherished great-grandpa to Harriet, Elizabeth and Freya.
He will be fondly remembered by all his family and friends.
Funeral service at St Chad's Church, Wybunbury on 12th March at 12.30pm, followed by a family burial service at St John's Cemetery, Doddington.
Family flowers only. Donations in memory of Brian for the maintenance of St Chad's Church.
Thank you to all who cared for Brian at Leighton Hospital over the past 10 months, especially the staff on Ward 14 as well as both Evolving Care and SureCare at home.
