Leaving behind Wife Mary, Sons Eddie and Jamie, Grandchildren Charlie, Elisha, Sophia, Finley and Thea, Daughter-in-law Gemma wife of Jamie, and Eddie's fiancée Jennifer.
The funeral service will be held at Amber Valley Crematorium on Friday 6th June at 11:00am.
Family Flowers only please. Donations to go to British Heart Foundation. Donations will be collected on the day of the service. Thank You.
