Adriano (Adrian)BENASSIThe family of Adrian Benassi would like to thank family, friends and carers for their sympathy, cards, messages and fond memories shared of dad's warmth and compassion to countless people during his life. The attendance of many at Adrian's funeral at St Joseph's RC Church, Whitburn, was very much appreciated. So too were the thoughts, prayers and cards of those who could not be there. The service conducted by Father Sebastian and Deacon Ronnie provided much comfort as did the music led by family friend, Laura Quilter and cantor, Victoria Atkinson. In addition, we are grateful to the church volunteers for all their support with the service and church flowers. Our thanks also to the parish hall volunteers for working so hard in the kitchen to prepare and serve food. The beautiful floral displays provided by Florabunda, Whitburn, were commented on by many. A special thank you to Deanston Nursing Home, Lefroy Street, Coatbridge for their compassionate care. Finally, we are grateful to the team at Grieve Funeral Directors for their sensitivity and professionalism at all times. You have all comforted us in the loss of Adrian, a devoted husband to Maureen, a beloved dad and papa, a loyal friend and a true gentleman. RIP
