I came to know Robin when I joined the Groby/ Ratby Branch Labour Party in 1997. I got to know Robin through the branch. He was an enthusiastic Socialist and always present at our Social events. I think I'll always remember his sense of humour, a lovely human being. We will miss you greatly Robin. Rest in Peace. Kathy.

It was with much sadness that I heard that Robin has died. He was a good friend and a great Labour Party colleague who will be much missed by me and everyone who knew him. Rest in Peace.
