Solveig GunhildBERGLUND30th June 1939 - 17th June 2020 A loving mother to Helen, Kirsten and Louise, as well as a devoted grandmother to Michael, Henrik, Josef, Lukas and Samuel. Born in Enso, Finland, she was christened in Oslo, Norway, and grew up as a Stockholm girl in Sweden. In 1960 she moved to London as an au-pair, where she married and had three children. Solveig made her home in Coventry in the 80s, where she became a talented and committed social worker in adoption and fostering. She was generous, witty, clever and extremely sociable, and very much loved by friends, family and colleagues. She will be deeply missed. A private funeral service is to be held at Oakley Wood Crematorium on Monday 6th July 2020. If you would like to pay your respects, the funeral cortege will be leaving Earlsdon Park Village, Albany Road, at 1.00pm that day. A celebration of her life will be held at a later date.
