Edna MaryBEYNON(Formerly of United Welsh & South Wales Transport) Sadly on Sunday, 17th July, 2022 at Morriston Hospital, Edna, of Berwick, Llanrhidian passed away aged 95 years. Beloved wife of the late Dick (Richard), Cherished Mum to Lynne and Michael, loving mother-in-law to John and Karen. Treasured Friend and adored Grandmother of Emma, Ross, Daniel and Jennie. Precious Nanny Ed to her Great grandchildren Milo, Claudia and Millie. A much loved sister to the late Margaret (Mags) and her late brothers Glyn, Phil and Clifford. A fond Aunt to her Niece, Nephews and their families. Funeral Service to take place at St. Rhydian & St. Illtyd's Church, Llanrhidian on Friday, 29th July, 2022 at 2.30p.m. followed by interment in the churchyard. Family flowers only, donations, if so desired to Wales Air Ambulance (cheques only please) c/o James Cowley, Cowley Family Funerals, Crossways, Burry Green, Reynoldston, Swansea SA3 1HR

I was thinking back on old times and even older friends and saw the obituary for Edna online.
Edna was very kind to me when we worked together at SWT many years ago.
I was not very good at arithmetic and so every time I have to add things up, even today (which is often) I think of her.
