Grateful thanks to the Doctors and staff on wards 4 and 10 at H R I, Care Watch Carers and the Community Matron for all their help and support over the past months. Thanks are also extended to Rev Mark Zammitt for his lovely service, The Golden Cock at Farnley Tyas for the wonderful food and to James and Andrew and all at Radcliffe Funeral Service for their kindness and support with the funeral arrangements.
