Hazel EthelBLAKEIt is with great sadness we announce the death of Hazel Blake (nee Patrick) on Saturday 30th December 2023. Hazel died at the Diana Princess Of Wales Hospital after a very short illness.
Hazel of Curzon Avenue, Cleethorpes ( formerly Warwick Road ) was the beloved wife of the late Keith, devoted mum to Martin and Rachel, wonderful Nannie Haze to Daniel, Hannah, Ben and Ruby. Much loved sister of John and the late Vera and Brian, dear sister-in-law to Sheila and the late John, Shirley, Pearl, Gloria and Roy, auntie to John, Ian and Karen, mother-in-law to Rachael, cousin and cherished friend to many.
Everyone is invited to a celebration of Hazel's life which will be held at St Francis Of Assis Church, Sandringham Road on Friday 26th January at 2pm.
Family flowers only at Hazel's request however a donation in lieu of flowers may be sent to St Andrew's Hospice, Peaks Lane, Grimsby, DN32 9RP or place in the donation box provided after the service.
