ColinBLAKELEYPassed away peacefully at Glan Clwyd Hospital, of Bodafon, Llanrhaeadr,
and formerly of Wigan, aged 83 years.
Beloved husband of Flo, Loving dad of Craig, Dawn, Collin, and Debbie, a proud grandad and great grandad,
and a dear brother, uncle, and friend.
Service at St. Asaph Crematorium, on Monday, 3 July at 11 am.
