Geoffrey RodericBRIERLEYSadly, Rod passed away peacefully on 27th January 2024 at Furness General Hospital, Barrow-in-Furness, aged 88 years.
Greatly missed and loved by his family, wife Gill, son Mark, daughter Katie and grand-daughters Ava, Jessie and Ida. Also, loving brother of the late Cedric.
From the age of 15, Rod joined his family business, Lancashire Wallpaper and Paint Co, based here in Rochdale where he worked until retirement. Rod spent over 30 years on the board at Rochdale AFC where he was a loyal patron and always had the clubs best interest at heart.
The funeral will be held on Monday 26th February 2024 at 1.20pm at Rochdale Crematorium.
Black need not be worn.
