StephenBROOKEBROOKE - STEPHEN. The family of the late Stephen would like to say thank you to relatives, friends and colleagues for their support, expressions of sympathy, letters, cards, phone calls and flowers. Stephen's family were touched by the number of people who attended the Service and the generous donations in lieu of flowers. Thank you to staff on Ward 12 and the Palliative Care Macmillan Nurses at Huddersfield Royal Infirmary for their excellent care of Stephen whilst in hospital. Thanks also to Rev John Radcliffe for his comforting Service and to A E Cooper & Son for their caring funeral arrangements.
