Reunited with her beloved Husband Mark.
Dearly loved Mum to Paul, Karen, and Daughter In Law Karen.
Loving Grandma to Megan, Dan, Ben, and Great Grandma to Ruby, Lacey, Kayden, Hunter and Willow.

A service will be held in the Small Chapel Chanterlands Crematorium on Friday 13th June at 12noon.

No flowers please by request, donations for Dementia UK may be left at the service.
